The need to integrate sustainable purchasing efforts at the institutional level is becoming an increasingly important differentiating factor for prospective students, staff and stakeholders. To celebrate institutions taking the lead in this area, the Princeton Review recently released a 2011 Green Colleges Guide, which showcases schools that received a score of 80 or higher in the 2010 Princeton Review Green Rating survey.
